In his role as Vice President, Finance, David is responsible for financial and management reporting, finance operations, planning, treasury and risk. In addition, David oversees the Quebec regional operation and is responsible for our Valuation Services division.

David joined FCT in 2008 as Director of Corporate Development, responsible for planning and analysis relating to acquisition and partnership opportunities, and for implementation of internal strategic initiatives.

Before joining FCT, David spent over twenty years at TD Canada Trust where he held various roles including Vice President, Real Estate Secured Lending and Vice President, Finance for Electronic Banking and Commercial Banking.

David obtained his MBA at York University and went on to become a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). In his spare time he is a Director of and coach for a local youth basketball club.
